Stoneroot
About

I built these systems on my own company first.

Stoneroot is run by one operator. Before I built anything for another business, I built it for the one I own, then rebuilt that business into something that runs without me.

The kitchen
I started as a chef. My partner and I ran Marrow Private Chefs as a two-person operation on Florida's Emerald Coast. Cooking, booking, invoicing, payroll, all of it by hand.
The growth
Demand outran us. Marrow grew into a full-scale catering and private-chef company with a real team, a real calendar, and real payroll. The handmade way of running it stopped working.
The build
So I built the machine. Financial automation, data integration, and a command dashboard that put the whole business on one screen. Bookkeeping, payroll, marketing, and reporting that mostly run themselves.

In a single year, on those systems, we doubled revenue and multiplied profit, while I stepped out of daily operations. Marrow runs today on what I built. I don't run its day-to-day anymore.

I built these for my own company. Now I build them for yours.

The same operator judgment, the same systems, applied to your business. Bring me your biggest problem and I'll tell you what I'd do.
